Our highly skilled technical staff is trained in all
areas of the products and services we offer, providing
state-of-the-industry testing and repair facilities and
equipment. Our personnel participate in ongoing training
at vendor locations and in-house. Many are vendor
certified. Most of our employees are long-term, and some
have been here over 25 years.
We provide technical services at our facilities in
Huntsville and Cullman. Our fleet of service vehicles
can also provide on-site installation and maintenance.
Our spacious service bays can accommodate the largest of
vehicles.

TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATION
All of our technicians are ETA (Electronic
Technicians Association) Certified Electronic
Technicians, and some have achieved Senior status. An
ETA certification signifies that the holder has
demonstrated professional proficiency and has the
technical knowledge and skill to meet international
electronics industry standards. ETA certification
programs are non-discriminatory and objective, setting
ETA apart from other manufacturer and product-related
certifications
R56 STANDARDS/CERTIFICATION
Our technicians are Certified R56 Installers. Originally
developed by Motorola in 1987 to provide internal
guidelines and requirements for the installation of
communications equipment, infrastructure and facilities,
the "Standards and Guidelines for Communication Sites"
(R56) form the minimum standards required to provide
expected system performance, reliability and equipment
longevity. The Motorola guidelines have since become the
recognized standard in the industry, and serve as the
most complete and rigorous specification for the
protection of communications system equipment installed
at public safety and commercial wireless communications
sites.
